Contacts & Relationship Management
The Contact module is your central database for managing relationships with partners, clients, and key stakeholders. It provides a comprehensive Contacts Grid that allows you to store, categorize, and track every interaction with your professional network.

Adding a New Contact
To expand your database, click the "+ Add New Contact" button. This will open a detailed registration form. It is essential to fill out all the required details to ensure your CRM data remains accurate and actionable.

Complete the following sections in the form to create a comprehensive profile:
Personal Identity
Enter the contact's full name, preferred title, and profile image for easy recognition in the grid.
Professional Role
Specify their Position and the company they represent. This helps in segmenting your contacts by industry or seniority.
Communication Details
Provide primary and secondary email addresses and phone numbers. These are the channels you'll use for direct outreach.
Social Connectivity
Link LinkedIn, Twitter, or personal portfolios to stay updated on their professional milestones and maintain multi-channel engagement.
Managing Your Network
Once added, you can use the Actions column in the Contacts Grid to edit details, view interaction history, or delete entries. Use the Sort feature to organize your view by 'Newest First' or 'Alphabetical' order to navigate large databases efficiently.
