Links & Social Manager
The Links and Remarks module, also known as the Links & Social Manager, is a specialized tool for organizing and tracking your digital footprint. It serves as a central repository for all your social media profiles, website URLs, and important web resources, complete with analytics and QR code integration.
Links Manager Dashboard
The dashboard allows you to categorize your links into Social and Websites for better organization. You can use the search bar to quickly find a link by its title or URL, and the details pane on the right provides a deep dive into any selected link's performance and associated remarks.
Adding a New Link
To add a new resource to your manager, click the "+ Add Link" button. This opens a configuration form where you can define the properties of your link:

Title
Give your link a recognizable name, such as "Company LinkedIn Page" or "Main Portfolio Website."
URL
Enter the web address. ZynCRM automatically handles the https:// prefix for you, so you can simply type example.com.
Type & Status
Classify the link as a Website or Social profile. Set the Status to 'Active' to keep it visible in your primary list.
Note (Remarks)
Use this field to add internal remarks or context about the link. This is useful for tracking the purpose of the link or recording specific login/access details.
Purpose and Utility
The primary purpose of this module is to centralize your digital assets. Instead of searching through bookmarks or spreadsheets, your entire team can access verified links with associated remarks. This is particularly useful for:
- Social Media Management: Keeping track of all brand profiles in one place.
- Project Resources: Storing links to live websites, staging environments, and client dashboards.
- Analytics Tracking: Monitoring which links are most active and generating QR codes for offline marketing.
