The Interaction module is the communication heartbeat of ZynCRM. It provides a real-time chat interface that connects clients and team members directly, facilitating seamless collaboration and instant support based on specialized roles.
Chat Dashboard Overview
The interface is divided into a navigation sidebar for your conversations and a main messaging window. You can toggle between Direct messages for one-on-one private chats and Groups for departmental or project-based discussions.

How to Start a Conversation
Starting a new interaction is simple and follows these steps:
Messaging Workflow
Select Recipient
Use the "-- Select User --" dropdown under the "Start New Chat" header. You can search for specific names or browse by role.
Compose Message
Once a chat is selected, the message window will activate. Type your message in the "Type a message..." field at the bottom of the screen.
Send & Notify
Click the Paper Plane icon to send. The recipient will receive an instant notification, ensuring a rapid response time.
