The Leave Apply module, also known as the Employee Leave Portal, is a streamlined interface for managing your time-off requests. It provides a clear overview of your leave history and a simple way to submit new applications for approval.

The Leave Portal Dashboard

Your dashboard provides real-time tracking of your leave requests. You can monitor the Status of your applications (Pending, Approved, or Rejected) and filter your history by Leave Type or Status using the dropdown menus. Each entry in the table shows the leave dates, total days, and the date the application was submitted.

How to Apply for Leave

To request time off, click the "+ Apply Leave" button at the top right of the portal. This will open the "Apply for Leave" form. It is important to provide complete and accurate information to ensure your request is processed efficiently by your manager.

Please ensure all required fields (*) are completed before submission:

Personal & Professional Info

Confirm your Full Name, Position/Role, and contact details (Email & Mobile). This information is typically pre-filled but should be verified for accuracy.

Leave Duration

Select your From Date and To Date using the calendar picker. The Total Days will be calculated based on your selection.

Recipient & Subject

Specify the To (Recipient) (e.g., your HR Manager or Department Head) and provide a clear Subject (e.g., "Annual Family Vacation").

Leave Reason & Handover

In the Leave Reason box, explain why you need the leave and, if applicable, how your responsibilities will be managed during your absence.

Attachments (Optional)

If your leave requires supporting evidence (e.g., a medical certificate or formal invite), you can drag and drop files or use the "Choose Files" button to upload documents (PDF, JPG, PNG, DOC up to 5MB).

Cancel Submit Leave Request

Submission & Approval

After clicking "Submit Leave Request", your application will appear as Pending in your portal. You will receive a notification once your manager reviews and updates the status of your request.
